Sam Cooper started his property career in Property Management in early 2006 giving him valuable insight to under rented property. Over the past 3 years working with Marshall Property Partners Sam has honed his skills in both the Asset Management and in particular the Development Management side of the business.
Sam is currently accountable for over $80M of residential Assets in NSW and SA and is responsible for the development management of a $2M residential refurbishment of 3 apartment blocks in Darling Point, NSW.
James has over 16 years experience in the property industry and started his career as a commercial real estate agent with Colliers Jardine in 1993. After leaving Colliers in 1998, James started his own property development and management business Burton Property (NSW) Pty Ltd which consults to Marshall Property Partners.
Between 1999 & 2004 James consulted to Concrete Constructions (then Walter Construction Group) providing feasibility analysis, site finding and development management services to the group predominantly in the high rise residential market.
Between 1999 & today James has undertaken a number of industrial development and residential en globo projects in NSW with various joint venture partners.
James began his property career in residential development with a traineeship with Divome Property Group in 1997. James spent the next 8 years growing his experience and knowledge in commercial property working in sales with real estate organisations; Chesterton International and Savills Plc.
After finishing as a Director with Savills, James spent 12 months with design and construction firm Project Control Group before establishing Marshall Property Partners Pty Ltd in 2006.
John is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years commercial experience as a finance executive in public and private companies in the Automotive, Manufacturing, Information Technology and Architectural industries. John started with Marshall Property in 2009 is accountable for all accounting and property management reporting.
